The Italian Platform for the Circular Economy (ICESP): Activities, projects and good practices for sustainable mobility
ICESP was created to bring together initiatives, share experiences, highlight critical issues and indicate perspectives in order to represent Italian specificities in terms of the circular economy in Europe and to promote the circular economy in Italy through dedicated actions.
The activities of the platform are divided into working groups: the “Sustainable Mobility” group (subgroup of Working Group 4 “Sustainable and circular value chains”) has the objective of investigating at a national level the relevant aspects to be considered towards sustainable mobility circular.
During 2023, the subgroup, like the entire Working Group 4, focused its activities on the analysis of critical issues related to the availability of raw materials, in accordance with both the work of the Critical Raw Materials Technical Table established by MIMIT and MASE , and with the European Commission’s updates on the topic.
